If you are an online entrepreneur and everything above sounds all too familiar, you’re in the right place!

You can't do it all (in spite of your best efforts to do so). Accepting that will help you to focus on the real tasks of a CEO that you need to be doing. This understanding is also a major step towards avoiding burnout and towards growing and scaling without being held back by broken systems, gunked-up processes, or fragile foundations that are costing you time and money.

We’ll help you uncover the bottlenecks, barriers, and blindspots to clean up your systems and foundations to develop a business that runs without your constant attention.

Danielle C Levy GYBIO Process

Here's how it works:

Inside the 5-day Get Your Business in Order Challenge, you get the easy-to-follow systems and tools you need to build the foundation needed in order to grow AND scale your business with confidence!

We’re going to do this together. We’ll work through each piece of your business using my easy to use system. Identify your biggest unknowns and start implementing a plan to manage them before they become a massive problem.

You’ll end up with a simple blueprint to guide you through the year.

Day 1: Business Overview

We’re kicking things off with a 30,000-foot view of your business and investigating what’s working and what’s not working for you right now. You’ll uncover the root causes of the business blockages so you can easily identify where to focus your attention during the challenge so that your actions create the biggest impact.

Day Two: Website, Marketing, Branding

We’ll look in to everything the general public, prospective and current clients see - like your website, marketing, branding, customer service, etc.) so you can generate qualified leads who come looking for you.

Day Three: Products & Services

We will analyze the areas of business where you fulfill and deliver your products or services, including community building, affiliates, launching and promotion, etc.) so your current clients and partners are thrilled to come back again and again -and tell their friends too!

Day Four: Team, HR, Behind the Scenes

Now for the back end - all the behind-the-scenes foundations that can help you succeed when they’ve been built right, like legal, financial, communications, HR and team building, etc. This way you can feel the relief of knowing your business is protected, sustainable, and can function even if you aren’t there micro-managing every piece.

Day Five: Strategy

We wrap everything up on Friday with a strategy to keep you moving forward cleaning, tidying, and organizing so your business, and team, can run without you working more hours, spending even more money, chasing problems, prospects, or projects.

The challenge is 100% FREE but I am taking this opportunity to raise money for one of my favorite charities, Greenstone Gives.

Support your business and extracurricular activities for kids and donate as part of your participation in the challenge.

Danielle can make order out of chaos with no oversight.

Give her a problem or ask her to figure out a process and she will return with answers and structure. She is an asset to any team that needs to bring process and efficiency to their operations.

I believe your business needs a strong foundation in order to succeed.

When you build the right systems, habits, and mindsets your business foundations support the weight of the business you’re building. It’s like having a regular housekeeper who keeps the basics clean, neat, and tidy.

This way, you don’t have to waste hours digging through your sent emails looking for that one proposal you sent to someone so you can copy and rewrite it for this perfect client while time keeps slipping away and you’re becoming frantic about losing what may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

During this challenge, you get the tools to incorporate the systems, habits, and mindset into your business practices so that you can ask the right questions, surround yourself with the right people, and understand what processes are needed to be prepared for those “Oh Shoot!” moments that pop up in business.

Because it’s only a matter of time before they do, so why not be prepared?

Right away, after starting work with Danielle, I started to see processes being developed specific to my business and my needs.

I was able to start to think more about the big picture, goals and plans for my business that I hadn't had time to think about for a long time.

M. Hernandez & MH Business Solutions Team

Hey there! I'm Danielle Levy!

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked 1:1 with clients as an integrator, chief operations officer, and project manager, and I’ve seen the same problems come up again and again.

Too many times I’ve seen otherwise successful businesses get STUCK because the CEO was too focused on the details to know the next step to grow and scale without getting overwhelmed.

As I dug into finding solutions to the challenges, I drew on the principles, theories, and best practices I learned through earning an MBA and becoming a certified OBM (Online Business Manager) and PMP (Project Management Professional).

My Qualifications:

Those 3 programs gave me a broad look at business (on and offline) so I can quickly see where problems start.

My education gave me such a depth of understanding that allowed me to root out issues with a clear path of what needs to be done next to fix the underlying problem.

My background as a wedding coordinator for a major hotel gave me a unique look at business…which is where I adopted the concept of your business like a house.

This framework means you get a clear picture of where you need to focus and identify the priority tasks necessary to improve your foundations, making your business work better for you.

This way, you can step away and take care of your family, attend that dance recital, cheer on the soccer team, go get a massage, or go to Hawaii without everything falling apart behind you. Sounds like what you’ve been looking for all long doesn't it?

Are you ready to take your business to the next level?
