Inside the 5-day Get Your Business in Order Challenge, you get the easy-to-follow systems and tools you need to build the foundation needed in order to grow AND scale your business with confidence!

We’re going to do this together. We’ll work through each piece of your business using my easy to use system. Identify your biggest unknowns and start implementing a plan to manage them before they become a massive problem.

You’ll end up with a simple blueprint to guide you through the year.

Day 1: Business Overview

We’re kicking things off with a 30,000-foot view of your business and investigating what’s working and what’s not working for you right now. You’ll uncover the root causes of the business blockages so you can easily identify where to focus your attention during the challenge so that your actions create the biggest impact.

Day Two: Website, Marketing, Branding

We’ll look in to everything the general public, prospective and current clients see - like your website, marketing, branding, customer service, etc.) so you can generate qualified leads who come looking for you.

Day Three: Products & Services

We will analyze the areas of business where you fulfill and deliver your products or services, including community building, affiliates, launching and promotion, etc.) so your current clients and partners are thrilled to come back again and again -and tell their friends too!

Day Four: Team, HR, Behind the Scenes

Now for the back end - all the behind-the-scenes foundations that can help you succeed when they’ve been built right, like legal, financial, communications, HR and team building, etc. This way you can feel the relief of knowing your business is protected, sustainable, and can function even if you aren’t there micro-managing every piece.

Day Five: Strategy

We wrap everything up on Friday with a strategy to keep you moving forward cleaning, tidying, and organizing so your business, and team, can run without you working more hours, spending even more money, chasing problems, prospects, or projects.

Hey there! I'm Danielle Levy!

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked 1:1 with clients as an integrator, chief operations officer, and project manager, and I’ve seen the same problems come up again and again.

Too many times I’ve seen otherwise successful businesses get STUCK because the CEO was too focused on the details to know the next step to grow and scale without getting overwhelmed.

As I dug into finding solutions to the challenges, I drew on the principles, theories, and best practices I learned through earning an MBA and becoming a certified OBM (Online Business Manager) and PMP (Project Management Professional).

My Qualifications:

Those 3 programs gave me a broad look at business (on and offline) so I can quickly see where problems start.

My education gave me such a depth of understanding that allowed me to root out issues with a clear path of what needs to be done next to fix the underlying problem.

My background as a wedding coordinator for a major hotel gave me a unique look at business…which is where I adopted the concept of your business like a house.

This framework means you get a clear picture of where you need to focus and identify the priority tasks necessary to improve your foundations, making your business work better for you.
